5.2 General Bonus Terms

• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus may be cancelled.
• Attempting to earn bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

toto24's VIP program has five tiers, and weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on the member's regular activity and participation on the platform. The latest cashback terms apply.

6.1 Betting Policy

Please read the rules of the relevant game carefully before placing a bet or playing on toto24. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical issue occurs.

6.2 Technical Issues

8.3 Funds in Closed Accounts
